Liked the location as it was near shopping, beach and eating facilities. The price was reasonable with the limo service from the airport as well as breakfast included.
It was a little outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade and maintenance.

We went to Ostia for 2 weeks, on vacation like and at sea to pamper and hang out in Rome. hotel is of course in terms of price and location is probably the best. Sea views are gorgeous, beaches are close by, access to the Railway station (if going to Rome or Antica), breakfasts are included, there are many catering facilities around for the full range of tastes and prices (from McDonald's to expensive fish restaurants). staff at large were not enthusiastic, never really gave up on anything. They helped and answered questions on demand. So it's probably more of a plus. It's a comfortable big bed. is called no comment. In general, globally, it's an average level of living in everything. Without any bursts and bumps and bobs. If you're going to enjoy the luxury of the rooms, hotel is clearly not for you. If, for example, you're only staying overnight, rest of the time climbing through ruins and absorbing ancient culture - then in general you can stay at the Belvedere.
In general, in the current realities, pegging to the ruble is certainly expensive for the set of services that is provided. We have already got used to what would be more rich and cheaper. But this is the specifics of Italy, all accommodation here is quite expensive. We have to put up with it :). Ultimatively uncomfortable bathroom. There is nowhere to dry things, and in the shower stall I actually fit completely - without a gap between the walls. Since the hotel is old (20s or so), do not be surprised that you may find certain entourage scuffles on furniture and interior items. It didn't bother me much, but it's noticeable. The rooms are very small. Two suitcases take up almost all the space available... Dumpsters near the hotel. They don't smell in the rooms, but every once in a while at 4:00 a.m. they start being taken out. If the windows are open, be prepared to hear the whole process.

The location was perfect. We were flying out of Rome and wanted a few days to relax after touring all of Italy. The view from the third floor balcony was lovely and the sea breeze delightful especially after some very hot days.
Room 344 air conditioner was very noisy...and the bathroom rack next to the sink was really scummy dirty but we loved the place and we will return in the future as well as recommending to friends and family.

Wonderful hotel and the location in a very large park like area that made for very enjoyable strolls to the local pizza joint was nice and perfect. Booked a room with relaxing views of the sea. Excellant service, though a few employees were awful. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location in a large park-like area made for enjoyable strolls to local restaurants. The basic amenities and rooms in an old-fashioned style, complete with balconies and great views, added charm to our stay. Additionally, having breakfast included was a bonus.
All was well during our stay at this hotel.
